Harvey Comics
Founded in 1941 by the brothers Leon, Robert and Alfred Harvey, Harvey Comics are best known for some of their non-superhero characters, such as Richie Rich. But they used to produce superhero titles as well - they bought the comic Speed from Brookwood Publications (along with the two main characters from it, Shock Gibson and Captain Freedom), launched some titles of their own (such as Pocket Comics, which introduced the Black Cat, their most successful superhero), and licensed characters like the Green Hornet, Dick Tracy, Mandrake, the Phantom and Invisible Scarlet O'Neil.
