History: By day Rocky Ford was a detective, and somewhat sexist towards his junior partner Judy Allen. By night he was the crimefighting Scarlet Nemesis, often teaming up with heroine the Black Orchid, each blissfully unaware that they worked together during the day too, as the Orchid was secretly Judy.
