Powers/Abilities: Zero could move at incredible speeds, fast enough to run down the side of buildings. He was skilled in martial arts.

History: Zero was an agent of the mysterious Mr.Tanaka, sent to New York to retrieve two members of the Watch, Adapt and the Fisher, for his employer. After Entropist, one of his allies, shot both targets, Zero was sent in by Vain, the retrieval team's co-ordinator, to check their status. Both men had survived unharmed due to their respective powers, with Adapt recovering first. Zero made short work of him, in spite of his opponent's powers, but the Fisher struck him from behind, then grabbed him by the neck before he could recover. As Zero's cohorts closed in, the Fisher easily snapped Zero's neck, presumably killing him.
