Powers/Abilities: Able to "rearrange" things at will.
History: The Rearranger was a supervillain who rampaged through Riverdale, battling local heroes Pureheart, SuperTeen and Captain Hero, as well as villain Evilheart. None of them were able to stop his destructive activities. The local police also failed to stop him, but when he seized industry tycoon and multibillionaire extraordinaire Mr. Lodge, Lodge's daughter Veronica revealed her own superhuman identity, Ms.Vanity, seizing his guns and freeing her father.
The Rearranger later caught up with Mr. Lodge, and rearranged the figures in his bank book. Hearing that her father now appeared to be broke, Ms. Vanity emitted a very long piercing scream that broke the windows—and the sinister power of The Rearranger! After things simmered down in Riverdale, police arrested the villain, and the bank book's figures reverted to normal (billions-and-billions of $$$$). The SuperTeens then reverted back to their normal, fun-loving selves.
