Powers/Abilities: Mademoiselle is telepathic, able to communicate that way and generate mental illusions. She appears to be able to alter her size at will, growing to gigantic heights, but this might be an illusion rather than a genuine ability. In addition she can fly and teleport herself.

History: Mademoiselle was a "higher being" who served as one of the tutors of Captain Canada. Her job was to instruct him in the understanding of culture and emotions. Later she and Captain Freedom gave the hero a vision of his impending battle with Sho-Gun, alerting him to the need to prepare for this new foe.
