Powers/Abilities: Captain Freedom can grow to immense heights. He can communicate telepathically, and is able to teleport.
History: Captain Freedom was one of the heroes chosen by Captain Atlantis to tutor the new hero, Captain Canada, in the proper use of his powers, and in his understanding of how the world really worked. He claimed to be from "the tribe of tribes, the Tribe of the Great Spirit", and his appearance fluctuated between the giant superhero first seen by Captain Canada, and the form of a giant Native American shaman. It was his job to open Captain Canada's mind to the spiritual side of reality, and to other dimensions. Later he appeared alongside Mademoiselle to give Captain Canada a vision of his impending battle with Sho-Gun, alerting him to the need to prepare for this new foe.
