Powers/Abilities: Like all members of the Morituri, Lifter's strength and endurance are superhuman. She was also a powerful telekinetic, able to move objects with her mind alone, and generate forcefields to protect herself and others.

History: Fiona Windsor was one of the last people to undergo the Morituri process prior to the end of the Horde war and the discovery of the cure for it's fatal side effects. She thus was lucky enough to be one of the handful of survivors of Strikeforce: Morituri. Along with her fellow survivors she faced attempts on her life by a conspiracy within the government who planned to use Morituri-enhanced assassins to stage a coup. Years later the VXX-199 aliens whose arrival had ended the Horde war revealed their own plans to harvest humanity, and along with her former teammates she battled the VXX-199 plot too, during which time she renewed a romantic relationship with fellow Morituri, Revenge.
