Powers/Abilities: Superhuman strength. His body is made of gaseous energy, and without his suit he would dissipate and die.

History: Fuji used to be a sumo wrestler until, like many others, he was mutated by alien energies from a comet which passed near the Earth. He discovered his body was transforming into pure, radioactive energy. Seeking help for his condition, he designed a containment suit to seal off the potentially lethal emissions, and also to prevent himself from dispersing into the atmosphere. He was recruited as one of the earliest member of the U.N.'s Stormwatch team, and became counted as one of the more experienced, level headed and valuable members of the group. Physical form notwithstanding, he was one of the most human of the team, always polite and friendly; he bonded with Hellstrike, another comet mutation, and helped his fellow mutate learn to control his energy form. Sadly Fuji was one of the victims of the Aliens incursion on Skywatch; his containment suit was breached, and he apparently dissipated, his form mixed with Hellstrike's. Years later the Authority's Engineer resurrected them, and Fuji joined the new Stormwatch.
