Powers/Abilities: The Dragon Master wields a flamethrower pistol.

History:The Dragon Master commanded the Order of the Dragon, a Chinese criminal organisation that hijacked a passenger plane en route to Australia and held those on board for ransom, brutally burning one hostage to death with his flamethrowing "Dragon Gun" to prove he was serious. Unfortunately for the Dragon Master one of the other prisoners was Peter Cannon, secretly the superhero Thunderbolt, and he broke free from his cell, radioed the authorities and confronted the crimelord, who was forced to flee. With the help of his friend Tabu, Thunderbolt tracked Dragon Master down to his new hideout in New York City's Chinatown. Dragon Master again tried to flee, but Thunderbolt pursued, causing the villain's helicopter to crash land. Ignoring his henchman's warnings that the fuel tanks were leaking gasoline, Dragon Master tried to turn his Dragon Gun on Thunderbolt, and instead ignited the gasoline, killing Dragon Master in the ensuing explosion.
