Powers/Abilities: Able to create and control fire.

History: Dragon used to be a member of the Public Defenders, a UN sanctioned superhero team. After Paladin first showed up, Dragon saw his example and became disenchanted with the restraints his current job imposed on him. He quit the Public Defenders and joined the Potentate, a group of heroes who were gathering around Paladin. The Potentate answer to no-one but their own consciences, and operate around the world wherever they feel they are needed, without caring what local politics or authority groups think of them. Dragon serves as one of the team's main combatants.
