Powers/Abilities: Doomstalker could fire energy beams from his eyes, a power which he called his "death gaze".

History: Doomstalker was a cyborg designed by Dr. Rolf Hendrick for the United States Defense Department. But they rejected his "greatest weapon ever devised by man." Hendrick decided that putting a stop to the Brute's murderous rampages would be the perfect way to prove his creation's power.
