History: Rosalita Vasquez possessed superhuman strength and a quick temper, a bad combination. Her father said she had the devil in her, and certainly her choice of friends, the self-titled Silver City Wranglers, supported that, as all they liked to do was party or fight. Eventually Cimarron was arrested and imprisoned after tearing up the Las Vegas strip. When she was offered a chance to work off her sentence as part of the government's new Liberty Project, she accepted.
