Aliases: Sailor Chibi Chibi (in the Manga she lacks 'Moon' at the end of her name), Sailor Cosmos (manga only)

Base of Operations: Tokyo, Japan (specifically in the Azubu Juban district of the Minato Ward)

First Appearance: Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Sailor Stars (Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon Sailor Stars, TOEI/Kodansha)

Powers/Abilities: Unknown, she seems to be able to power up Eternal Sailor Moon though

History: (Her manga history is explained in the Sailor Cosmos section, her anime history is quite different.) When the young girl who became known as Chibi Chibi first appeared no-one knew who she was, and as all she would say was "Chibi Chibi", or repeat back words other people have said. She could not (or would not) explain who she was. It later became evident that Chibi Chibi could transform into Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon and she powered up Eternal Sailor Moon's Eternal Tiara. It turned out that she was actually the starseed of Sailor Galaxia in human form.
