Base of Operations: Unknown but as Chibi Chibi/Sailor Chibi Chibi Tokyo, Japan  (specifically in the Azubu Juban district of the Minato Ward)

First Appearance: Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Sailor Manga (Stars Arc) (Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon, Kodansha)

Powers/Abilities: Unknown, but she does say "I am no match for the final courage and stength of Eternal Sailor Moon"

History: In an alternate future when Eternal Sailor Moon refused to destroy the Galactic Cauldron at Zero Sagitarius she brought about the terrible Sailor Wars. Over that time she became Sailor Cosmos and then decided to go back in time as Chibi Chibi to guide modern day Eternal Sailor Moon on the right path.
