Powers/Abilities: Superhuman strength. Able to fly. Can fire gamma ray blasts from him right hand, but has to wear a lead glove to avoid releasing radiation all the time. He's a skilled fighter, having been invalided out of the US Army Rangers.
History: While experimenting with the radioactive isotope Uranium-235, scientist Adam Mann suffered a bizarre accident, leaving radioactive shrapnel embedded in his right hand, giving him atomic based superpowers. Fearing the growth of crime and communism, he decides to use these new abilities to battle these threats as Atomic Man.
Comments: It's interesting to note that the costume depicted above isn't something he chose to wear - somehow, simply removing his lead glove transforms his clothes and creates the helmet out of thin air.
