Powers/Abilities: The standard "Tarzan-alike" package - jungle survival skills, ability to swing through the trees, agile, strong, good fighter, etc.

History: (Mystic Comics #2-3, ga) Zara was only a young girl when her widowed father brought her to Africa. He reared her in the wild, teaching her to be self-reliant, and before he died, he tasked her with protecting her home against any who would threaten it. She took this dying request very seriously, intervening when the villainous Bwana Gombo tried to stir up war between two tribes and when Arab slavers tried to raid it for new stock.
