History: Winnie the Witch is a hip to the modern thing horror host. Though she mostly observes the participants in her stories unseen, on rare occasions she's been known to interact directly with them, though only while disguised as innocuous individuals such as secretaries and air hostesses. She has a rivalry with Arachne Coffin, who beat her to the Miss Fortune prize she'd previously won, but while each consider the other none-too-bright, neither would wish harm to come to the other; after deciding to handle losing to Arachne by confronting her rival to give her a piece of her mind, Winnie arrived at their location to find Arachne and her uncle Professor Coffin about to be ritually sacrificed, so the witch stepped in to save them both.
Comments: While many Horror Hosts simply appear at the start and end of their tales to introduce and provide an epilogues, Winnie frequently shows up in almost every panel, intruding into the background of every scene.
