Powers/Abilities:Colonel Whiteshroud is an experienced monster hunter, expert with various weapons and techniques for tracking, trapping and killing supernatural entities.
History: After serving in Africa during World
War II, Colonel Whiteshroud turned his hand to hunting monsters after the
war ended, and joined the Monster Hunters Club, dedicated to tracking and
slaying monsters, be they human or animal. Whiteshroud personally slew the
London Werewolf and the Boar's Head Beast. However he made no attempt to
eliminate Countess Von Bludd, recognizing that though a vampire she was no
real danger to the innocent. He also identified and killed the lycanthrope
Fred Laslow, a.k.a. the Montigue Monster
