Powers/Abilities: Skilled spy, armed with a variety of gadgets. He flew around on a "Hover Haggis" - effectively a large haggis with a helicopter rotor attached, and his bonnet could expand like a balloon to lift him off the ground or protect from being hit on the head

History: Wee Willie Haggis was an agent of MI 5¹/₂ entrusted with vital missions such as locating the stolen Cleopatra's Needle. His main opponent was Archibald "Arch" Crook.

• Eagle-Eye, Junior Spy, another boy spy working for MI 5¹/₂

• The Man from B.U.N.G.L.E., another Baxendale creation who is physically pretty similar looking
