Powers/Abilities: Tommy is a child composed of air, a living tornado who uses a containment suit to give himself form. Whether he is permanently like this, or able to switch back and forth, is not made clear.

History: Tommy Twister was a fourteen year old boy in August 1940, when he worked as one of the Freedom Fighters in Castleton.
