History: Schoolboy Tom was given an elixir by a group of aliens that granted him superpowers. Using the abilities he had gained he proceeded to fight crime.

Comments: Tom sometimes adventured with his similarly powered cousin Tina.

He may have reappeared in Zenith, as one of the army of superheroes.
