First Appeared: Lion (various issues between 26 June 1965 - 26 April 69)

Dr Mysterioso - a criminal genius who had taken a drug that temporarily gave his body astounding elasticity, he challenged the then criminal Spider for his position as King of Crime. The drug wore off during a fight with the master villain, leaving Dr Mysterioso easy prey for the arriving cops.

The Android Emperor - I don't have any details about this character, but Sven Feyerabend kindly supplied me with an image of him.

The Exterminator - a sinister assassin hired by a gang of criminals known as Crime Incorporated to eliminate the Spider, because he never failed. After a number of near misses, he finally cornered the Spider, who survived only by offering the assassin a partnership.

The Crook from Outer Space - I don't have any details about this character, but Sven Feyerabend kindly supplied me with an image of him.

The Crime Genie - I don't have any details about this character, but Sven Feyerabend kindly supplied me with an image of him.

The Bolt - a member of the Fury mob who had been armed with a special costume designed by Sylvanus Jenkins. Already quite acrobatic, his costume allowed him to shock people unconscious with a glancing touch, or even fire bolts of electricity at distant targets.

The Metal Plunderer - once again Sylvanus Jenkins (who used to call himself the Infernal Gadgeteer) showed his inability to come up with a good name. He transformed one of his gang into a giant with impervious metal skin and incredible strength - and then gave him the aforementioned sobriquet.

Spider-Boy - when his mobster father 'Turk' Dobbs was murdered, apparently by the Spider, young Larry Dobbs assumed the identity of Spider-Boy to battle the hero. However he discovered that the crime-fighter had been framed by the actual killer, crooked scientist Sylvester Jenkins, and so he teamed up with the arachnid hero to bring the true villain to justice.
