History: Call him Roach, call him Cockroach, call him Moon Roach, or Captain Cockroach, Wolveroach, Purely Platonic Priest Roach, the Sacred Secret Wars Roach, the Super Secret Wars Wolveroach, normalroach, Sgt. Preston Roach, Punisheroach, Venomroach, call him all these and more. The Roach is a split personality whose continual reappearances in his life dogs the steps of Cerebus the Aardvark. He adopts and discards personalities like most people change clothes. Most of these personalities are what would be described as superheroes, if it wasn't for two things. One, his world is a medieval one that doesn't know the concept, and two, he tends to cause destruction and mayhem rather than saving people. But his intentions are good, even if he's a nutter.

Roach first met Cerebus when he was in his Cockroach persona. By day he was a mild mannered merchant, a former sorcerer who now gathered and destroyed magical items feeling they were bad for business, but by night he stalked the city as the Cockroach, a masked vigilante who would pummel criminals (or more often any poor shmoe who he came across) for murdering his parents when he was a child (whether his parents were actually killed like this wasn't important). Cerebus discovered that he had amassed a fortune doing this and hidden it in a chimney, and proceeded to steal the money.

A few months later the earth-pig born ran into Roach again, now transformed into the super-patriotic Captain Cockroach. By this point his physique had developed to superhuman proportions, and he had gained a sidekick "Bunky" (a.k.a. Elrod the albino, himself a few sandwiches short of a picnic.) His next persona was the Moon Roach, another vigilante persona, this time one who knocked out his opponents with crescent shaped darts (well,  that is if you can call large stones bigger than your average man "darts"). He was being manipulated by a scheming politician called Astoria at this point, and had gained three new secret identities, Artemis Strong, Kevitch and Blake Jockley, a taxi driver. He retained the Moon Roach persona for some time, with slips into Roach-Hulk and the gaining of a vulnerability to "frostonite" (actually just regular snow and ice).

Since then he has been normalroach, then Punisheroach (who hunted drug dealers with "semi-automatic crossbows"), Wolveroach, and Swoon, a persona that surfaced after a failed love affair. He continues to come back to haunt Cerebus whenever he least expects it.

Powers/Abilities: Strong, able to survive extreme damage. He started to develop telepathic abilities as time progressed.
