History: Dr. Permafrost was a Science Villain who fought Tom Strong. He eventually died of old age, outlived by his slow aging nemesis, but his criminal identity was taken up by his son, Pericles, who became the new Dr. Permafrost.

History: The son of the original Dr. Permafrost, Pericles took on the identity after his father passed away, using it to battle his father's nemesis Tom Strong. He was no more successful in this endevour than his father had ever been, and soon ended up in custody.
