Powers/Abilities: A master of Sinanju, the original (Sun Source) and most deadly of all assassin's arts, Nuihc can dodge bullets (by spotting subtle signs telling him when the shooter is about to fire, and then predicting the trajectory), perform incredible feats of acrobatics, and has the ability to control his entire body to negate the need for sleep or food if so required. He is capable of killing or incapacitating people with the slightest touch, and can throw objects with marksmans' accuracy and missile like force. He can run on sand without leaving a trace, and even run on semi-liquid surfaces (e.g. wet cement) without sinking in.

History: Nuihc was Chiun's first student in the art of Sinanju, but he betrayed his master and became a rogue, killing not for his home village of Sinanju, but for his own gain. Years later, when Chiun began to train Remo Williams, Nuihc returned to confront them both. Far more experience and deadlier than Remo, he nearly killed the Westerner during their first meeting, and only failed because Chiun intervened. However Chiun, the only man skilled enough to eliminate Nuihc, is bound by ancient tradition: the master must not slay anyone from Sinanju. Nuihc has also taken a pupil on, training the assassin known as the Dutchman.
