Powers/Abilities: Presumably he is a competant criminal or else he wouldn't have risen to be the leader of the Super-Mafia. However we never saw him demonstrate any real abilities.

History: Mr.Big led an amalgamation of various criminal agencies. Possessed by Remlin's spirit, at their first meeting he told the assembled mob leaders that they were thereafter to wear masked costumes, and refer to him and each other only by codenames. He then announced his plans to earn them a billion dollars by kidnapping the British Queen. His men, including one called Dealer, purchased the giant robot known as Sho-Gun from a Japanese criminal called Fong, and used it in this attempted abduction, only for it to be defeated at the hands of Captain Canada.
