History: Los Luchadores are a team of masked crimefighters who constantly battle the evil which threatens their home, Union City. Led by the city's greatest wrestler, Lobo Fuerte, the trio of heroes fight the villainous machinations of the Whelp, a cyborg Chihuahua and his diabolical creations - Aztec aliens, undead pirates, ninja werewolves and nuclear powered female robots. When not fighting evil, the three practice their moves in the Wolf's Lair, a hidden base atop a city skyscraper.

Powers/Abilities: The Whelp is extremely smart, which is probably a good thing, since being in the form of a Chihuahua doesn't really make him very formidable otherwise.
History: The Whelp was once a scientist, until an evil experiment gone wrong transformed him into a Chihuahua. This slight set-back has not prevented him from plotting to take over first Union City, and then the world.
