Powers/Abilities: The Hyper utilises various high tech devices, including a mento-meto device which is capable of picking up thoughts directed at him (thus allowing his allies to contact him), a neogas helmet which allows him to fly at will, magno-hydro gauntlets which enable him to attract and deflect any metallic substance, including bullets. His costume is bulletproof. Despite the cover images seen here, he doesn't carry a gun, but he is a skilled brawler.
