Powers/Abilities: Hunter is the greatest fighter who has ever lived in the Neverwhere.

History: Hunter is a bravo and bodyguard, without par. But as her name suggests she is preoccupied with hunting. She has slain the Bear of Berlin and the Blind Alligator King in the Sewers of New York. She is in London seeking a Spear with which to hunt the great beast of London. Meanwhile she hires herself as a Bodyguard to the Lady Door.

Unfortunately for Door and Richard Mayhew, it turns out that Hunter was in the employ of Croup and Vandemar, the two killers who have been pursuing them, right from the outset. She betrays them for the mythic spear, but after facing the beast in what proves to a fatal encounter for her, she renounces the wrong she has carried out, and empowers Richard to finish the beast, and perhaps, rescue Door.
