Powers/Abilities: Able to turn invisible.
History: "El Hombre Invisible (the Invisible Man), was Valente Delmar, who owned a "magic ring" that allowed him to turn invisible. The ring only made Valente's body invisible, not his clothing, so he did all of his adventuring in the (invisible) buff. His sidekick was Panfilo Landeros, who became (apparently later on in the series) the Mayor of "Pueblo Manso."
