History: Gan was a gentle man provoked into killing another. Captured, he was fitted with a limiter that prevented him from committing further violence, and then sentenced to a penal colony. Rescued from the colony by others who had escaped their transport ship en route, he became a member of Roj Blake's band of rebel freedom fighters. Sadly he was killed while on a mission.
