Powers/Abilities: As well as having feline agility and enhanced senses, Fish no longer ages.
History: The man who would become Fish Lecan had a hard life and died violently in the Canadian city of Ottawa when he was thirty-three years old. However death was not the end for him. A powerful, immaterial being, later dubbed Imagination, decided to revive him as "an imaginery one", giving him the appearance (and some of the traits) of a humanoid cat, and renaming him Fish Lecan. Considering the other option was staying dead, he is actually quite happy about his new look, and is more bothered about the silly name he's lumbered with.
Since his rebirth Fish has become allied with others who suffered similar fates - Naline, also revived as a feline humanoid; Chantal (now renamed Atléas), formerly a sickly teenager, now reborn as a cross between a Playboy centerfold and Charles Atlas; Passe-Pas Partout, formerly an obese and wheelchair bound forty seven year old woman, now a stunning red-head who serves to lead the group; Maria Dorfinkley, who was tortured to death, and has come back to life as a humanoid mouse, as well as being the groups electrical/robotics expert. Accompanying them is Imagination, the being who brought them back, who has taken the form of a petite albino girl, who has effectively adopted Fish, using him to protect her and to keep her amused. She won't, however, explain why she has resurrected them all. Now Fish works as a detective who specialises in cases involving the outre and magical, often stuff that turns out to be the fault and creations of Imagination in the first place.
(Fish Lecan #1) Fish is hired by NASA after giant footsteps appear in the sky, leaving huge holes in the ozone layer.

Fish has an interesting love life - he is romantically involved with Atléas, occasionally with Passe-Pas Partout, and interested in Maria on occasion.

History: Imagination seems to be the crystalisation of human imagination given human form. For reasons known only to itself, it has resurrected a number of humans who died violent deaths in bizarre new forms, and now hangs out with them, apparently for amusement. History: Chantal was a sickly girl with personality problems, who died when she was 17 (although she claims she was 22 now). She was resurrected by the being known as Imagination in the form of an Amazonian woman. Passe-Pas Partout

She was resurrected by Imagination as a stunning red head, who now serves as the brains behind the group of "Imaginery Ones" who keep Imagination company and help Fish Lecan on his investigations. Imagination brought her back as a humanoid mouse, leaving her with an instinctive fear of her two feline comrades, Fish and Naline.
