Powers/Abilities: Fink was tenacious, and a hardened survivor of the Cursed Earth. An expert on poisons, he travelled with a giant mutated Cursed Earth rat, Ratty.

History: Fink Angel is the oldest of Pa Angel's sons. He left the rest of the gang before their encounter with Dredd which led to their untimely deaths, and went off into the Cursed Earth, where he preyed on unwary travellers. With poison his preferred method of killing, he murdered many people as the years passed, and as the years passed the Cursed Earth took its toll on him too, changing his appearance into something hideous.

When he finally heard about his family's demise, he made his way to Mega City One to avenge them. He succeeded in killing Larter, the Judge who had piloted Justice One, the ship that had pursued the fleeing Angel's across the galaxy, and nearly got Hershey, Dredd's partner on the mission, before Dredd caught up with him. Captured, he escaped some years later when the Judge Child brought his brother Mean back to life and sent him back to Earth to kill Dredd. His new-found freedom didn't last long, and he ended up dying in his own homebuilt torture device.
