Powers/Abilities: Ray generates a lethal electrical charge which he releases on contact or via conductive surfaces. To avoid killing innocents, he wears rubber gloves.

History: Ray worked in a factory making parts vital for the war effort. Discovering that the FBI suspected saboteurs had infiltrated the plant, Ray did some snooping of his own, only to be shoved off a gantry and fall into a dynamo. Surviving, he was thrown free, but discovered he now emitted a lethal electrical charge, which he could release along conductors or by direct contact; he used his new ability to kill the saboteurs (albeit he was trying to catch them alive).

Comments: Ray only had a single adventure, and never got round to wearing a costume.
