History: Dr. Tamaro was a diminutive scientist who allied himself with la Arana Negra in the hope of gaining Kaliman's brain for experimentation. He built a number of deadly devices to try and overcome the hero, including killer robots, only to fall prey to one of the weapons he had intended to kill Kaliman with.
