History: Diablo was a South American renegade who discovered the left Eye of Zoltec, an ancient gem which allowed him to hypnotise men and animals with a thought. He raided towns and villages with his mind-controlled followers, looting and destroying as he went. He was not interested in wealth and instead demolished everything he found. He was opposed and eventually defeated by Tim Kelly, wielder of the right Eye of Zoltec, and the only person immune to his powers.

Powers/Abilities: Diablo can mesmerise any living thing with a thought.
