Powers/Abilities: The power helmets granted superhuman strength, made the wearer invulnerable to bullets, and allowed the wearer to fly. Cosmo also carried tiny pellets of Cosmokordite, a special high explosive that could be activated at a distance using specific vibrational frequencies. He has a special aircraft, the Bullet.
History: "True to a promise made to his dying father, a clever scientist, wealthy young Cosmo Grant carries on his parent's experiments for the good of humanity - completing many half finished projects with astonishing results. Cosmo's oldest friend is Captain Tom Hadden, known as 'Hoot,' an old college chum, now in His Majesty's Intelligence Service." Cosmo's inventions include power helmets and atom-guns that give him and his friend, intelligence service agent "Hoot" Hadden, superhuman abilities. With these, the pair battle the Nazis and other threats to peace.
