Powers/Abilities: Cosmo Mann is a scientific genius, who fights crime armed with his own inventions, including a "Sun-Ray Gun" capable of melting through tanks and enemy planes in seconds or paralyzing human opponents, as well as stopping dead and melting bullet fired at him, and a "Sun Ray Suit", which allows him to fly faster than most planes. All these devices are powered by "G Rays" which Mann discovered.

History:
Comments: The cover star of the first issue of Bang-Up Comics #1, Cosmo Mann starred in a six page story within. Like the others who appeared in Bang-Up, he only had three issues to show what he could do.
