ACG
The American Comics Group started production in 1948, originally publishing horror, mystery, romance, western, science fiction, war, teenage and humour comics - virtually every genre except superhero comics in fact. However when the 1960's saw the superhero market take off again, ACG finally took the plunge and produced some heroes of their own, the most famous of which was Herbie, a.k.a. the Fat Fury.
