Powers/Abilities: Among Zorglub's devices are a flying car, and his mind control ray which reduces victims to a slave like state, becoming "Zorglhomme".

History: A former college student alongside the Count of Champignac, Zorglub was thrown out when a device he built to drag the moon down to Earth instead succeeded in bringing the roof down in the college buildings. Enraged at how he was treated, he invented a mind control device, with the twin aims of conquering the world and proving himself a genuine scientist. He isn't totally evil however, and will not kill.

On occasion he has allied himself with Fantasio's evil cousin Zantafio. Unlike Zorglub, Zantafio is pure evil and even tried to kill the mad scientist once with Zorglub's own weapon.
