Powers/Abilities: Able to transform people into muscle bound hunks. Its uncertain whether this is the only transformation he can initiate, or indeed if he is granting wishes, as both the people he transforms specifically wish for greater strength. Perhaps if they had wished for something else, that is what they would have got instead.

History: For undisclosed reasons, Zom skulks around watching for injustice, and when he sees it, he uses his powers to transform the victim so that they can take revenge.

Zom was used by Alan Moore and Kevin O'Neill as a member of the short lived hero team the Seven Stars in League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.
