History: Zapman is the son of Lazer, one of the Atomics, and Zenelle, an alien from a species who eat their mates. Because of his unique heritage he has certain powers, and decided to become a member of the Atomics, a group of people who had been mutated by spores his mother had left on Earth during an earlier visit.
