Powers/Abilities: The Winged Man possesses a suit with large, bat-like wings that allow him to fly.
History: A strange genius possessed of the wonderful powers of invention, the Winged Man set forth to deal justice to the evil-doers of the modern world. Considered a vigilante by the police, he is pursued by world famous detective Danby Druce, who has vowed to capture him, and has been provided a winged suit of his own by inventor Professor Hexmider that enable him to challenge the Winged Man to aerial combat.
