Powers/Abilities: Able to turn invisible via a device built into the helmet he wore.
History: Vull was a thief who used a high-tech helmet to become invisible and go on a crime spree.
Comments: Created by Temple Murdoch. Vull appeared in The Ranger vol.3 #68-81 (24th November 1934 to 23rd February 1935) and Boy's Friend Library #554, 3rd December 1936 (a reprint).
In Alan Moore's League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Mina Murray later got hold of Vull's helmet and used it to become a superhero, one of the Seven Stars.
