Powers/Abilities: Able to control electricity and magnetism.

History: After discovering the secret of static electricity in the human body, Guy Newton, brilliant young scientist, builds a control device which he conceals in a box attached to a chain, which he then welds round his waist. Now able to multiply or decrease his natural electricity at will, he becomes the superhero Volton. He browbeats the local police into accepting his help, smashing up the police station to prove his power.
