Powers/Abilities: Underlord uses a variety of high-tech gadgets. Though of above average intelligence, he has limited scientific skill, and buys most of his gadgets online.

History: Vincent Darko is the younger son of the aging supervillain the Immortal, constantly overshadowed by his more successful brother, the Murder, who delights in blocking Vincent's attempts to win entry to the exclusive supervillain club the Masked Circle. As the Underlord he is the archenemy of Star Fighter, unaware that his foe's secret identity is Ethan Baxter, with whom he shares an apartment; chalk and cheese personalities, Vincent and Ethan dislike one another almost as much as Underlord and Star Fighter do.
