First Appearance: Hurricane #1 (I.P.C., 29 February 1964- 65); Tiger (1965-69)

Powers/Abilities: Superhumanly strong and nearly invulnerable - enough so that a crate heavy enough to dent a car doesn't even phase him when dropped on him from overhead. Similarly, when he is hit by a speeding train, he simply leans against it and slides along the track, where most people would have been pulverised.

History: Typhoon Tracy is a six foot six, extremely muscular soldier of fortune who goes around righting wrongs. A jovial fellow, virtually nothing angers him - though that's likely got as much to do with the fact that virtually nothing can hurt him either.

Comments: Typhoon Tracy loved fighting and would usually break out laughing with joy in the middle of a battle.

He made a cameo appearance among the army of superheroes gathered to fight the Lliogor in Zenith. A few issues later his corpse was seen at the start of one of the episodes.
