History: A recent graduate of the Neopolis police academy, Robyn Slinger was partnered with the grumpy Jeff Smax, whose previous partner had died not long before.

• General Jumbo, young British hero who probably served as the basis for Colonel Lilliput, Toybox's father

• General Tubbs, a version of General Jumbo who turned up in Jack Staff

• Colonel Tusker, a version of General Jumbo who was killed by the Fury in Alan Moore's Captain Britain stories.
