Comments: Thanks to Dan Ramon P. Geromo for informing me of these characters, and sending me the images used hereon. Based on the image he sent me, with some familiar looking costumes, I suspect that the film uses footage from one of the Sentai series from Japan, much like the American Power Rangers series.
The movie featured screen siren Ara Mina as the villainous Diavolika.
