Supermatou and Robert fly over the streets of Raminagroville, dealing with crooks and mad scientists and inventors. A recurring enemy is Agagax, a six-month old mad scientist, who can turn his pram into a flying machine and uses his feeding bottles as test tubes in his experiments. To defeat the tiny terror, Supermatou often has to call on the help of the elderly and amiable Professor Chanteclair.
